→ The System consists of following components :-
PUMP A very highly reliable pump with high discharge pressure is incorporated in the system. The pump is reciprocating plunger type pump, which is kept immersed in Oil . This pump is driven by a geared motor . Considering the continuous Opration of system all the components are manufactured to very close tolerance & a special grade material is used to ensure consistent performance . The working principal of the pump is very simple and performs non-stop with very high delivery pressure. A standby pump is also provided.
MOTOR A continuous duty electric geared motor with service factor of 2.9 is used. The motor used is a TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for 415 VAC, 3Phase, 50Hz, AC supply as per IS 325 with class B insulation .It is a geared motor with 125 RPM & 0.55 kw rating .
RESERVOIR The pump driven by geared motor is kept immersed in oil to ensure long life & efficient working . The reservoir is of 50 lit . Capacity which is mounted on a pump housing . A level switch fitted to indicate low oil level in tank. Two oil level gauges are located on the front side of reservoir to check the oil level visually.
CHANGE OVER VALVES The valve is hydraulically/electrically operated when the pump is switched ON the line 1 is connected and the pressure goes on increasing and when it reaches set high pressure all the points are lubricated as the valve moves forward the line gets blocked and the pressure goes on increasing and line changes to no. 2 line this goes on repeating. The dwell time is adjusted as per requirement and after set dwell time the cycle goes on repeating
CONTROL PANEL Two electric control panels which consists of Main Power Supply, Contactor, MCB etc., It ensure the smooth working of the system. In case of any faults the alarm is provided with visual indications. The selection of system 1 & System 2 ( Stand by Pump ) can be done using selector switch provided.
PRESSURE SWITCH When the line pressure drops down the set pressure. The pressure switch gives signal to control panel & alarm is indicated on the panel & hooter switched ON
RELIEF VALVE A relief valve is provide to safeguard the pump from overloading. By adjusting the relief valve setting the delivery pressure can be increased and decreased.
PIPING & FITTINGS High quality seamless pipes are used to work under high pressures.

Fittings of high quality standards are used to ensure leakage free consistent Working of the system. Various hydraulic fittings are used, such as male stud Elbow, Unequal Tee, Pipe Connector, Straight Connectors. Flexible Polyhoses are used wherever required.
→ WORKING OF THE SYSTEM:-
LUBOMATIC Centralised dual line lubrication system basically consists of a reservoir with built in reciprocating plunger pump immersed in the oil, change over valve, dose feeders ( Dual line metering elements ) Pressure Switch, pipes, hose pipes, fittings Electrical Control Panel etc.

In this type of system, there are two main lines of 16 OD, which run parallel to the Sugar Crushing Mill Tandem. From these two main lines, 10 OD Pipes are connected to inlet of dose feeders & the outlet of the dose feeders are connected to the lubrication points ( bearings ).

→ The discharge of oil can be controlled by -
Increasing or decreasing the pause time
By the regulating screw fitted on the dose feeder indicating pin.

→ OPERATING INSTRUCTION
The electric control panel monitors the smooth working of the system. The following step should be followed while operating the system.

1. Connect 3Ph & Netural connection to the control panel.
2. Switch ON the 4 pole MCB provided on the panel.
3. By selecting the position of selector switch one can select System I or System II .
4. After system selection, the pump can be switched ON by using the rotary switch provided.
5. If any fault occurs following visual indications are available with Hooter interface

• Reservoir – I Low - Oil level in reservoir I is below required level.
• Reservoir – II Low - Oil level in reservoir II is below required level.
• Low Pressure – I Low - If the pressure does not get developed in main line the panel will give this fault indication.
• Low Pressure – II Low - If the pressure does not get developed in main line the panel will give this fault indication.

• To adjust the viscosity of oil during winter season heaters are provided. The Temp range can be adjusted from 30º c to 65º c by using thermostat provided. ( This is optional )

• System Reset after any fault indication, one has to reset the system. After rectifying the fault occurred one can reset the system using this push switch. Hooter ON/OFF : Used to
  bypass hooter. Emergency Stop – Used to stop the system during emergency.
